Perfect Havoc is a UK dance and house record label, management and events company based in London, founded by Adam Griffin and Robert Davies. The record label is distributed by ADA/Warner Music and responsible for breaking talent such as Joel Corry, PS1, Karen Harding, Kokiri, Tobtok, Oliver Nelson and Just Kiddin' with the label generating over a billion streams globally.
In just five years of starting the company, Adam and Robert have achieved three UK Top 10s and platinum certified records with Joel Corry 'Sorry', Lonely, and Head & Heart which spent six consecutive weeks at #1 in the UK whilst also breaking multiple charts worldwide. In 2020 the label also broke newcomer PS1 with his debut single 'Fake Friends' which achieved a Top 20 UK chart position and Silver Certification in the UK. Perfect Havoc has also worked alongside a multitude of labels over the years such as Ministry of Sound, Atlantic Records, RCA, Columbia Records, Polydor, Astralwerks/Capitol Records, Toolroom and Fashion label Kitsune.
Perfect Havoc also has another string to it's bow having created a series of events around the world including eight events in London at venues such as Brixton Jamm, Dalston Roof Park, City Zebrano, Hoxton Basement, Kings Head Members Club and SHAPES as well as internationally in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Stockholm, Oslo, Bergen and Helsinki.
As part of the Perfect Havoc Limited group of companies is Organized Chaos Limited - a music publishing arm which is administered by Universal Music Publishing UK. Writers include Tobtok, Tim Powell and PS1 along with a diverse dance catalogue.
A keen DJ and promoter from the early 90’s playing & promoting at pivotal London venues such as The Cross, Ministry of Sound and Hanover Grand in his 20s, it was clear Adam was destined for the music industry. After a few years of promoting and DJing, Adam began at Sony and Virgin as work experience, ending up in senior roles at imprints like RCA and INCredible - Sony’s flagship dance label alongside mentor and A&R man Noel Labrose signing records such as Jurgen Vries, Mint Royale (Singing In The Rain), Khia (My Neck My Back) to Sunset Strippers (Falling Stars).
Adam then moved into the marketing department at RCA where he became a senior marketing manager working across Sony's international acts such as Beyonce, Sade, Usher, Kelly Rowland, Britney Spears, John Legend, Ne-Yo & Pitbull, The Fray and Michael Jackson. In 2012 Adam left Sony and began Perfect Havoc with Robert.
Robert Davies began his working career in music at the early age of 16, starting his own label and production company 'Click Media Entertainment'. At 18 Robert then studied a degree in music business/production at The Academy of Contemporary Music before moving on to do work experience at companies such as Shadow Globe followed by Sony Music, where Robert met fellow business partner Adam Griffin. The pair worked on projects such as Madcon - Beggin, George Sampson, John Legend, Kelly Rowland and more.
Robert then moved to gaming and digital marketing/eCommerce for Electronic Arts, working for EA's flagship EA Store (Origins) on titles such as Need For Speed, FIFA, The Sims, & more. At 22 Robert then began his career in management and PR with Click Media, covering a diverse array of areas such as music, product branding, TV and celebrity talent representation.
