Standard Payment Conditions

This agreement is made between The Artist and Perfect Havoc Limited as part of the Royalty Sign Up Form found here

1. Self Billing

1.1 The Artist agrees for Perfect Havoc Limited to issue a self-billed invoice for all royalties owed to them in perpetuity
or until the Artist contract terms end.

1.2. The Artist holds full responsibility for providing Perfect Havoc Limited with the correct payment information including
The Artists name, address and VAT Registration number, together with all other details that constitute a full VAT Invoice.

1.3. The Artist acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inform Perfect Havoc Limited with any new payment information that requires updating.

1.4. In the event The Artist fails to update Perfect Havoc Limited on any new payment information. Perfect Havoc Limited shall not be made liable for payment failures.

1.5. The Artist acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inform Perfect Havoc Limited of any change in VAT Status or VAT Number.

1.6 The Artist agrees not to raise sales invoices for the royalties covered by this agreement.

2. Payment

2.1. The Artist agrees that Perfect Havoc Limited will make automatic payment upon Perfect Havoc Limited generating a self-billing invoice.

2.2. In the event The Artist is VAT Registered and based in the UK, Perfect Havoc Limited agrees to pay VAT in addition to The Artist's royalty automatically once
the self-billing invoice has been issued.

2.3. In the event The Artist instructs Perfect Havoc to pay royalties to an account outside of the UK, then The Artist acknowledges and agrees that this will incur a standard bank fee set by Barclays Bank PLC (£10 to £20) 

2.4. In the event The Artist instructs Perfect Havoc to pay royalties to an account outside of the UK, then a minimum payout fee of £100.00 will be applied.

2.5. As per The Artist agreement Perfect Havoc Limited will pay all royalties 90 days from the end of June and December.
