River – Remember Me [Release]
24 year old singer/songwriter and London based River first came onto the music scene back in 2015 with her debut feature on the well known French fashion label ‘Kitsune Musique’ with fellow Perfect Havoc Swede ‘Tobtok’ titled ‘Savanna’ which has received over 1 million streams on Spotify since.
This was then followed by a string of features on different labels with the likes of The Shapeshifters (Defected), Cesare (Kitsune), GRMM (Neon Records), Keljet (Universal Music Netherlands), Televisor (Armada Music) Arno Cost (Protocol Recordings), Oliver Nelson (Perfect Havoc), Ghassemi (Toolroom) and more.
River then featured again with Tobtok and his version of Tracy Chapman’s well-known track ‘Fast Car’ which has since gone Platinum in Australia and had over 25 million streams on Spotify. The catchy nu-disco summer time track charted in multiple countries including Denmark, Ireland, Norway, Australia and was supported by the likes of The New York Times, Capital FM, Kiss FM, Triple J, CBS Televisor, Billboard and more. River ended 2016 with over 32 million streams to her name along with a string of Spotify support such as New Music Friday USA, New Music Friday Australia, New Music Friday Netherlands, Fresh Finds along with performances at Village Underground for Kitsune and the sold out Brixton Jamm at Perfect Havoc Disco.
2017 brings an exciting year for River, where she will be releasing her own original music for the very first time. ‘Remember Me’ is the debut track releasing on Hoxton based label ‘Perfect Havoc’ on February 17th. River has also decided to make an important decision in making her vocals available for all her forthcoming releases, allowing producers to download and use the vocal as they wish and till their hearts desire!
